How far in advance should I order?

Two or more weeks is ideal — that gives us time to design, paint, and dry your banner properly, with no rush fee. Need it sooner? We'll still do our best: 5–7 days' notice adds a $10 rush fee, and under 5 days adds $20.

What are the banners made of?

Heavyweight brown kraft paper, hand-painted with acrylic. The warm brown makes bright colors pop in a way white fabric never quite does. They hang easily on a wall, mantel, or backdrop stand. Want ribbon ties on the top corners? Add them for $5 on the order form.

Can I choose my own colors and font?

Absolutely. Send us a color palette, an inspiration photo, or just describe the vibe — we'll match it and show you a concept before we paint.

Can the banner be reused?

Yes! Skip the name or date and your banner works year after year. Roll it, don't fold it, and store it somewhere dry.

Do you ship?

We do. Shipping is calculated based on size and destination, and local pickup is always free.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

You'll see and approve the design before any paint touches paper — and we'll keep adjusting until you love it.
